Rental Lots: How much does it cost?

Hello,
I have little knowledge about Rental Lots and would like to change that if you know anything about rental lots e.g. their price, please tell me about it. If you are an alpha player or dev and own a rental lot I would like to know how you can make profit with rental lots or at least make rental lots self sustainable.

I wonder how it would work if someone rents a lot on a player station, and also will you be able to set your own rental prices...
