    That is indeed incorrect; there is room for many attacking capital ships.

    In addition to selling, they also allow claiming wrecks (ie. salvage) and stealing ships. While you can already steal ships, the deed allows to transfer more of the possession of the ship to yourself. (for example some of the despawn rights)
