Why don't players do any of these things... some guy in CA had a casino, yet you come here and everyone is asking for all these things they can do themselves.
There are many avenues to attack what ISAN does. TDS did one method of calculating all variables at the same time. (Then the ISAN guys threw a tizzy sucking the desire from the TDS creator). The point here is that ISAN is not the only way. Make your own way.

I would argue deleting stations will put everyone back where they are right now and not wanting to put in the time. Players are making the infrastructure and making the groundwork. If you want to alienate all of them, then keep pushing for wipes.

The fact of the matter is they both need each other in a successful and healthy game. PvE is player vs environment. PvP is part of that environment. They aren't in competition for attention. They both form a symbiotic relationship in PvP centric games. The fighters can't fight without people...
To be fair, control panel creation is a major feat itself. There is so much that goes into control systems, I almost feel they're equally challenging when it you compare a CIC setup dealer into a ship, and a windowed cockpit.
However, even modern pilots would prefer a window over a camera.
Here i thought we were talking about game mechanics, which include half foot thick hull plates, and not real life. Because if we were talking real life, it takes special ammunition to defeat modern armors.
