I have a printing ship that currently has 36 fuel chambers and 108 generators.... be interesting to see if these can adequately be replaced by a large gen or two...
In my testing last night, seems there is some power use scaling going on now. I'm not sure how much by, it feels like there might be a flat cost for the thruster being active and then some extra based on thrust demand. Certainly one of my ships that has broken in this patch works at low...
Would still like to see thruster resource use scale with amount of thrust requested - so that a thruster firing at 10% only uses 10% fuel - is this planned at all?

Urgh... It would be really cool if these changes were also offset by scaling the resource usage by activity - so that if a thruster is only at 20% thrust, it only consumes 20% resource. It is quite common for the FCU to be firing all thrusters at once to balance the ship, and having them all...
