The game will definitely have many languages, but the official forums and discord are in English. There are specific communities for different countries, so I advise you look on the discord (discord.gg/starbase) for them.

Like Xenocow said, yes, you can make your own stations. That should come to the closed alpha in a few weeks, so be sure to watch for that!

Remember, all players are in one server. Around populated areas, you’ll expect to run into a few people. This already happened to me in closed alpha, even in the asteroid belt.

Really only the asteroid belt and moons are generated by the game, so there’s not much room for things to go wrong besides, like above, some odd asteroid arrangement.
