Please not this argument. There is no such thing as a real gamer versus a "fake" gamer when it comes to playing a game. People mimnax. Especially "serious" players. They will circumvent whatever you expect a feature or mechanic to do and break it. All multiplayer PVP games are like this.

I don't disagree with what some of you have said, but I'm telling you: The subset of players who are going to like losing 30% of their resources or whatever fixing a design mistake is a LOT smaller than the players who won't. Spending tremendous amount of time messing with builds in a "live"...
Anyone who tells you this is a good idea is trolling. You're creating Rust in space (with no reset) which is going to attract ALL those personality types. You CANNOT ever trust players to use a system how you INTEND. Assume players WILL find a way to break systems to the maximum degree and...

Honestly the last thing I want is this site to emulate reddit, but if downvotes didn't hide "bad" posts once they reached a certain threshold it could be fine.
me n my friends are gonna
go to get some asteroids and then
gonna turn them into ships
then ram those ships into other ships, sometimes our own
then we're coming for you

Might wanna PUMP THOSE NUMBERS UP.
A core block with a seat on top, an engine on the back, and a steel plate across the front with 30-40 guns all facing forward.
The most sublime PVP design.
