    Instead of weekly limits, I'd go for more randomisation of work. I.e. spawn asteroids in random location in the hall, randomly rotate ships in demolition (and spawn random type, rather than selecting the most money efficient), same for Ikea (if it's coming back) and repair job.

    There was talk about ships being abandoned automatically after certain time of being out of reach of the owners. So scrappers could just tow the ship to their lair. It may also happen that ownership is stored in a single device (i.e. transponder).
