    If the station is really a megastation, most likely there is someone nearby to simulate it 24/7. Dev stations may also get simulated by dev server. They also considered headless client that would allow using your PC or server to load specific place without bothering with graphics.

    We don't know what limits we'll have after losing limbs. Without a leg you can only crawl - that was seen in on of the videos. Rest is just assumptions: no 2h weapons without one arm, impaired vision without a head. You can loot arms of the dead bodies. But I don't know if you can do that...

    It needs to be there, and it holds enough energy for 200 shoots. But it slowly recharges over time: one shoot every 4s (or 2s? Can't remember exactly. Either way pretty slow).

    "Laser" cannon, yes. Plasma cannon, no. You need to reload manually.

    They only fire in one direction. If they are diagonal, the force applied is diagonal. And depending on how far their thrust vector is from CoM, they apply appropriate torque as well.
